Lebara Mobile needed help communicating their FAQs and support section to customers online. In response we created 15 short, easy to follow instructional videos, answering common customer questions and visualising user journeys.
Lebara Mobile needed help communicating their FAQs and support section to customers online. In response we created 15 short, easy to follow instructional videos, answering common customer questions and visualising user journeys.
We used a simple, interchangeable style supported by on screen text and phone UI to help break down potentially complicated information and offer an alternative to the large text based FAQ answers.

Additionally, to promote their new £5 Sim deal, we created two fun, eye-catching animations which were used as YouTube pre-roll and online, helping drive engagement and sign ups.
